By purchasing from our platform, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions:

  • All items are pre-order unless stated “On Hand”.
  • Note that all items are manufactured overseas.
  • ETA (estimated time of arrival) for Pre-order item(s) usually takes 10-20 days upon full payment plus local shipping lead time depending on your location.
  • Strictly NO RUSH SHIPPING for pre-ordered items. There’s no reason for us to hold your items. Rest assured that we do our best to ship as soon as we receive the cargo.
  • On Hand item(s) will be shipped out every Tuesday and Friday only.
  • We ship WORLDWIDE.
  • No COD (Cash on Delivery).
  • Payment First Policy – Full Payment.
  • No cancellation of orders and No Refund.
  • We accept returns and exchange only for wrong sizes within 3 days upon order delivery (Note that shipping fee must be shouldered by the client back and forth).
  • Settle your payment within the two-day reservation.
  • Bogus buyers will be blocked and posted.
  • Operating Hours (9am to 9pm) Mondays to Saturdays only.

Stock Availability and Delays

Stock Availability: The availability of our products depends on our overseas manufacturers. We endeavor to maintain a sizable inventory based on the supply from these manufacturers.

Manufacturer’s Control: While we strive to ensure that all product listings on our platform accurately reflect our current inventory, the availability of products is ultimately subject to our manufacturer’s schedules and can, therefore, be out of our direct control.

Delays in Stock Availability: Occasional delays may occur in the receipt of the stock from our manufacturer. We regret that such instances might result in unanticipated delays in the availability of certain product(s) on our platform.

Notification of Delays: We may not always receive timely information from our manufacturers about the late availability of some product(s). If such cases arise, we will do our best to communicate the information about any possible delays or changes in product availability to our customers as soon as we have relevant information.

Processor’s Liability: While we apologize for any inconvenience caused due to discrepancies in stock availability or delays in delivery, we cannot be held responsible for such occurrences as they are beyond our control.
