Our payment method is payment first basis.
We don’t accept COD. (Cash on delivery)

We accept payment via Gcash, Metrobank, BDO and BPI.

Our customer service accepting inquiries via Instagram DM and FB Page from Mondays to Saturdays (9AM to 9PM)
We are accepting orders via website 24/7.

For nationwide shipping, we ship per batch every Tuesday and Friday.
For international shipping, we ship Mondays to Fridays only.

We accept rush delivery via J&T with additional P50.00 shipping fee.

We accept same day delivery within Bulacan and Metro Manila via Lalamove. We’ll arrange the delivery but shipping fee c/o customers.

Pre-order items usually take 10-20 days to arrive after full payment has been made. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the items

Delivery of Orders via J&T

Luzon: 1-5 days
Visayas and Mindanao: 5-10 days
International: 5-15 days

If you receive an item that doesn’t match your order on the website, or if you receive the wrong variation (color, size, design), or if the item is proven to be damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our policy lasts 7 days.
  2. Provide proof of the discrepancy or damage, such as photos. (Please ensure all items are returned in the same condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their hygiene stickers and tags intact.)
  3. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the item at no additional cost to you.

Note: For size exchanges, customers will shoulder the shipping fees back and forth.
